Procedure for Returns

To initiate a warranty return, obtain approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Dirtbag Brands’ Customer Service. Clearly display the RMA number on the return package; otherwise, it will not be processed. Items not listed in the RMA will return to the sender. Accompany all warranty return requests with the original purchase receipt. Dirtbag Brands must verify all warranty return claims before issuing replacements or credits. Customers or dealers bear the shipping costs for sending warranty or return items to Dirtbag Brands. After confirming warranty coverage, Dirtbag Brands will match the original shipping method and carrier to return items to the retailer. Shipping costs for sending replacement parts or products back to the retailer are covered by Dirtbag Brands. Report any order or shipping discrepancies within 5 business days of receipt via phone, fax, or email. Returns are not accepted 30 days post the RMA issue date.
